Working on behalf of our clients and with each licensee to ensure all new products encompass the key attributes of our clients’ brands. Ensuring quality, performance, formulation, presentation, and supporting point-of-sale and integrated marketing are all within the agreed parameters and strategy.
Royalty Reporting & Collection
Setting and managing effective and timely sales reporting processes from licensees for licensed product sales. Compiling detailed sales reports, analysis by product, territory, and retailer, and collection of royalty revenues from licensees for forward distribution to our clients.
Design and Brand Guidelines
IPR team also encompasses best-in-class design talent to create new or additional brand guidelines and supporting materials including product concept ideas, product packaging, supporting point-of-sale and marketing materials when required.
Performance Analysis & Auditing
Reviewing the performance and success (or otherwise) of our clients’ licensee portfolio including licensed product sales analysis, and the auditing of branded products and historical sales and royalty reporting.
