Judith le Fleming

Managing Director

Judith le Fleming has worked within some of the world’s most recognised brands and enterprises including Accenture and Ford. She has generated successful commercial income streams from licensing, sponsorship and TV platforms and has experience of developing commercial programmes from inception and evolving them into saleable and visible properties. She has consulted for consumer, lifestyle, entertainment, international sports venues and other rights holders before co-founding IPR in 2011.

Sarah Dixon

Managing Director

Sarah Dixon has worked for leading premium brands, including Jaeger, Jaguar and as an International and Licensing Director in fashion retail. She knows how to develop successful UK, European & international licensing and franchise programmes that deliver significant bottom line profit. Her network of licensees and retailers in mature and emerging markets is vast. She understands the consumer, how to develop and market appealing products, whilst always staying true to the brand.

Iain Wallace

Non-Executive Director

Iain Wallace qualified with KPMG and has worked in Senior Finance roles  for over 30 years for a number of organisations within both the Retail and Public sectors, before joining IPR as a non-Executive Director in December 2017. He has detailed knowledge of the Licensing sector from his time as Head of Finance at a major fashion retailer where he was responsible for business analysis and reporting.

Rupert Casey

Non-Executive Director

Worked at one of the City’s leading law firms, Macfarlanes, for 22 years, retiring from the partnership in May 2018. As a recognised specialist across a number of practice areas, in particular brand licensing but also technology and data privacy, he now works as a consultant for a number of clients, both domestic and international, in a variety of sectors.

Tina-Louise Foster is a well-respected strategist with a creative mind and acute attention to detail. With over 20 years’ experience specialised in toy and entertainment brand licensing and retail, she’s received multiple recognitions and awards. Working on global and UK brands including LOL Surprise, Harry Potter, Shrek, Madagascar, Little Tikes and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? As a solution-finding consultant, she creates innovative ways to meet the objectives and support the clients vision.

Martin Clark

Martin has over 20 years experience developing licensing programmes for corporate, celebrity, sport and ingredient brands. He has strong relationships with a diverse selection of international licensees and retailers and has directed and implemented strategic licensing plans, regionally and internationally for brands such as the RAC, Stanley Black & Decker, Jack Daniels, Men’s Health and Women’s Health and OASIS. Martin has a wealth of experience that enables brands to profit from the many benefits of licensing through brand extension, brand protection and additional revenue.

Lisa Wheeldon

Product Visualisation & Design

Lisa Wheeldon has gained experience in both design agencies and in-house studios and more recently on a consultancy basis. In the process, she has established herself as more than a multi-disciplined designer across many varying sectors such as; consumer, lifestyle, publishing and retail. Lisa’s imagination, creative talents and technical knowledge have been applied to a broad range of design and creative endeavours on behalf of her clients.
